JOB SUMMARY
1. 管理和激励NPI团队。定义并领导新产品导入团队及时完成项目目标
2. ESI 新项目可行性评估、工艺流程及工艺图纸的制定及RFQ 工程参数审核
3. 负责跟踪工程各阶段完成的工作状况，发现异常情况及时处理和上报；
4. 负责新工艺和新技术的开发和导入
5. 客户图纸审查和内部发行
6. 与模具和工艺工程师一起制定DFM并提交给客户
7. 完成工艺设计要求，与模具工程部(包括冲压、注塑、夹具和自动化部门)协调，使他们了解客户的需求，如有需要，与客户沟通
8. 与现场工程师一起建立并制定SOP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 管控项目的技术风险
2. 优化Process flow,审核DFM
3. 与客户PD/SBE/Tooling/Automation等技术人员进行DFM 客户审批
4. 配合客户，优化模具、夹具、自动化 及 工艺设计
5. 审批 各制程技术要求及SOP
6. 与客户PD/SBE/Tooling/Automation等技术人员进行Build问题点的改善追踪汇报
7. 负责BOM & Routing的Should Be/LC的制定与优化
8. 管理的技术资源和项目进度.
9. 收集制作lesson learn 并且分享给团员
10. 有效绩效评估和指导工程师
11. 团队建设和技能培训
REQUIREMENTS
1.本科以上学历、机械专业及相关专业.
2.有8年以上的五金冲压工程制作经验
3.对相关五金产品的制造工艺有丰富的行业认识和经验;
4.制造、冲压设计、焊接、电镀项目管理,相关技术和产品知识培训
5.擅长2D/3D软件、DFM、FMEA、APQP、DOE制作 (负责3C行业)
6.良好的沟通能力及领导力
