Key Responsibilities

1、Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop targeted

recruitment strategies

2、Proactively identify and source qualified candidates from a variety of channels, including

online job boards, professional networking sites, and direct sourcing

3、Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of resumes and applications to shortlist the

most suitable candidates

4、Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates, assessing their skills,

experience, and cultural fit

5、Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive

transition into the company

6、Maintain and update the company’s talent pool with qualified candidates

7、Participate in talent acquisition projects and initiatives to enhance the overall

recruitment process

8、Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition


Qualifications

1、Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a

related field

2、At least three years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the cosmetics or

consumer goods industry

3、Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent

4、Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with

candidates and hiring managers

5、Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple

tasks simultaneously

6、Proactive and result-oriented approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and

accountability

7、Commitment to teamwork and collaboration, fostering a positive and supportive work

environment
