● The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should be a strong individual contributor with experience in managing cross-functional teams
Job Description

● Manage the end-to-end product development process from the concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase.
● Oversee product line and trend direction with the aim of creating a focused brand concept
● Brings new products to market by analysing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with internal teams and manufacturing.
● Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
● Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
● Managing the product development/production process by liaising with manufacturers, vendors and internal teams to ensure product timeline, product quality and regulatory compliance
Requirement

● Degree Holder in Engineering, Industrial Design or relevant disciplines
● At least 10 years relevant experience in Product Development
● Strong in creative and innovative thinking skills
● Strong in negotiation and analytical skills
● Excellent time management and people leadership skills
● High commitment in deliverable quality and punctuality
● Ability to handle multi-task, target-oriented,
● Can work under pressure and meet deadlines required
● Detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility
● Excellent in communicating with different levels within the organization
● Good command in both oral and written English and Cantonese
