This position will

• Systematically to solve the quality issue of the internal and external customer as provide effective troubleshooting.

• Effectively support internal and external customer quality performance improvement, quality capability improvement and development.

• Can good use of various resources and network and achieve departmental work targets through effective department collaboration and continuously personal capabilities improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Strictly follow the company's quality strategy, quality policy and department workflow, and effectively fulfil the responsibility of food protection experts, effectively implement the work plan, and achieve the established work objectives.

• Promote customer satisfaction and quality improvement activities within the company.

• Support customer plant carry out effective quality training, plant quality review, personnel quality ability evaluation, plant quality optimization and consumer complaint analysis, and quality planning and implementation of effective un-sterility identification and other work.

• Participate in local and global quality networks, establish good internal and external customer relationships, and achieve good work collaboration.

Qualifications

• Professional background in dairy industry, food science or microbiology or at least 5 years relevant working experience.

• Positive work and life attitude, good teamwork, and self-drive mindset.

• Good working communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in office application (including excel, work & PPT etc.).

• Effective English communication and presentation skills.

• Strong quality problems of logic analysis ability.
