岗位职责：
Team management and coordination with client. The role required is of Application Manager. This means that end to end responsibility of application stability and process adherence is with this person. This person has to manage multiple applications and manage client manager, business users of these applications.
任职要求：
• Worked on Data warehouse/Analytics systems specially support side
• Knowledge of ETL tool / BI tools/AWS/Snow/Confluence
• Handle multiple applications (~10) and take responsibility of team management, status tracking, workload management
• Ability to do Multi-tasking
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Initiate, participate and resole P1/P2 along with internal/external teams which has to be worked upon in 24/7 support window-on-call
• Stake holder management (team, client, users etc.)
• ITIL process knowledge (Incident management, Service Request Management, Problem Management)
• Good in understanding and following processes (client change request process etc.)
• Very good in Chinese & English communication
