岗位职责：
1、熟悉相关人力资源管理政策、法规及流程，能指导并解决人力资源管理过程中出现的问题；
2、向所有直接报告提供有关政策、程序和业务需求方面的咨询，并向管理层汇报人力资源的战略问题；
3、负责销售领域事业集团/部门层面的人力资源规划、组织架构设计、人员考核评价及激励机制，向管理层提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议，并促进公司整体人力资源管理目标的达成；
4、与集团层面保持密切沟通，获取集团层面发布的各项政策、制度、体系要求等，并保证部门内相关人员了解、执行相关要求；
5、与集团层面和其他业务集团/部门之间建立有效的沟通机制，保持合作关系；
6、计划和实施销售领域事业集团/部门的员工培训方案，协助相关部门组织、实施培训活动；
7、与集团层面和第三方供应商合作，管理和协调销售领域事业集团/部门的招聘活动；
8、负责审核销售领域事业集团/部门的合同员工的入离职流程；
9、维护和更新销售领域事业集团/部门的员工信息，包括员工的基本信息、职位信息等；
10、向管理层提供有关销售领域事业集团/部门员工薪酬、绩效、激励等方面的数据分析报告。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历；
2、10年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉人力资源总监工作，熟悉外资医药销售团队自身HRBPJD；
4、公司规模大、管理规范、领导好、发展空间大。
