Brief description of the position:

This position is to ensure development milestone of the charging system meet the CEA project requirement (Inc. project management, system test/validation, document creation, failure analysis and management, release recommendation etc.)

Key Tasks:

Support to interpret definition of charging functionality, support to come up with additional requirement to WOB.
Tightly tracking the development process of charging system, collaborate with teams to achieve project milestone, ensure SOP in time.
Support for charging system and function test, and also support for pre-homologation test and on-site support homologation test.
Responsible for failure analysis and management in VCTC for CEA project.
Support competitors benchmarking in China, charging system, component, technology, cost, integration etc.
Assist in preparation of relevant presentation materials. Attend meetings and take meeting minutes/actions.

Qualification and skills:

Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar.
More than 5 years working experience in charging system.
Have a strong sense of self-drive and responsibility, full of innovation consciousness, can give full play to the subjective initiative.
With good communication skills and team spirit.
Excellent comprehensive quality, good image, language expression and logic, flexible to deal with people.
Fluent English communication skills and German communication skills is preferred.
Full command of MS Office/XP/MS Outlook, strong skills in Excel &PowerPoint.
Be able to use CATIA and other design software.
Familiar with charging system standard and test case.
Familiar with CAN protocol, familiar with CANoe and other analysis tools.
