We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineering Team Leader Business: Wealth & Personal Banking IT Principal responsibilities
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, managing the QA plan across different counties' projects and across different channels (including customer & staff channels, Web browser, iOS and Android) to ensure all milestones dates are met with the high quality standard, and maintaining testing scope, volume of test requirements as well as test script and test strategy.
• Develop, define, maintenance of testing knowledge base, and lead testing team activities ensuring the quality, usability, and performance of our products to meet business requirements.
• Plan and manage end-to-end test executions to develop and execute test plans, identify and isolate defects, track defects using Jira and as well as run regression tests for all releases.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
• Manage test data required for the automated test scenarios and support other teams with any test data requirement.
• Develop and provide testing metrics and reports to effectively communicate test status.

• The candidate must have 5+ years QA and testing experience and team development skills.
• The candidate must have strong knowledge of the testing process and test case management tool (TestRail or similar tool).
• The candidate must have good communication and stakeholders management skills.
• The candidate must well know Agile way of working and scale project methodology.
• The candidate must work closely with a cross functional development team, collaborate with designers, product managers and developers to ensure our product meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and security.
• The candidate must demonstrate ability to work under pressure.
