职责:

• 主导各种功能性食品和饮料配料的销售工作,包括特色成分和鱼油、藻油等Omega-3原材料,重点关注中

• 功能性食品和饮料行业。

• 培育和维护现有客户合作关系,同时积极探索进军新市场和应用领域的途径。

• 合作制定和实施新的产品策略、市场营销活动和销售方法。

• 保持对行业趋势、竞争对手策略和消费者需求的了解,为销售策略和产品创新提供宝贵洞察。

• 努力超越公司的月度、季度和年度销售目标。
要求:

• 本科或以上学历,专业为商业、市场营销、食品科学与技术或相关学科。

• 对功能性食品与饮料行业有浓厚兴趣;在功能性食品和饮料配料或相关领域拥有至少5年的业务拓展或销售经验。

• 愿意频繁出差,约占工作时间的30%至50%。

• 出色的沟通和人际交往能力,精通中英文(英语基础水平可接受)。

• 偏好广州的候选人,并愿意在中国各地灵活工作。

We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Sales Representative with expertise in Functional Food and Beverages to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will spearhead sales efforts across a diverse range of products, including functional food and beverage ingredients, encompassing specialty ingredients such as dairy-based components, as well as Omega-3 sources like Fish Oil and Algae Oil. This role primarily targets the Functional Food and Beverages market segments in China, with a preference for candidates based in Shanghai. The Sales Representative for Functional Food and Beverages will play a pivotal role in nurturing existing client relationships, actively pursuing new business ventures, contributing to the development of innovative product strategies, marketing initiatives, and sales tactics. Additionally, a profound understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and consumer preferences is crucial for providing strategic insights into sales approaches and product enhancements, all geared towards achieving the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts for a wide array of functional food and beverage ingredients, including specialty components and Omega-3 raw materials like Fish Oil and Algae Oil, with a primary focus on China's Functional Food and Beverages sector.

• Cultivate and uphold existing client partnerships while actively exploring avenues for expansion into new markets and applications.

• Collaborate on devising and implementing novel product strategies, marketing endeavors, and sales methodologies.

• Remain abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer preferences to offer valuable insights for sales strategies and product innovation.

• Strive to surpass the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Food Science & Technology, or a related discipline.

• A keen interest in the Functional Food and Beverages industry; minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within functional food and beverage ingredients or related sectors.

• Flexibility for frequent travel, approximately 30% to 50% of the time, as per business requirements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in both Mandarin and English (basic proficiency in English is acceptable).

• Guangzhou-based candidates preferred, with readiness to work across diverse locations in China.
