Responsibilities 职责:
1. Help legal team to handle all the corporate change legal work, including but not limited to coordinate with relevant government authorities for the registration process on legal entity closing, change/update and establishment; prepare all relevant legal documents for above corporate changes.
协助法律团队处理所有公司变更相关的法律工作，包括但不限于与政府部门协调办理 设立/变更公司信息及为上述公司变更准备所有相关法律文件。
2. Draft, review and translate contracts and other legal documentation to ensure all relevant legislation is complied with, identify and minimize potential contractual risks.
起草、审阅和翻译中英文合同和其他中英文法律文件。
3. Monitor a thorough understanding of the legal development, perform legal research, communicate with various government authorities to understand the most recent regulatory developments.
进行法律法条检索及法律规范解读，包括与相关政府部门联系确认目前执法态度。
4. Other work assigned by Legal Director.
其余法务部总监安排的工作。
Qualifications 任职要求:
1. Grade 3-4 of undergraduate student or grade 1-2 postgraduate student from local law school;
大三大四或研一研二法学院学生；
2. Three days per week in office (the internship term would be expected to be at least one year);
可保证一周至少三天到岗，接受长期实习；
3. Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (mainly written);
良好的中英文沟通技能；
4. Good commanding of Micorsoft system skills, such as word, excel and PPT.
能熟练操作 Office 办公软件。
