Accountabilities 职责描述：
进出口业务 Import & Export Process：

1. 根据需求下订单，进行订单跟踪，物流跟踪至货物离港
Place orders according to sales demand and do order tracking until shipment departure;
2. 沟通确认生产计划
Communicate with brewery planning on the production schedule;
3. 通知供应商订舱
Shipment booking inform;
4. 装柜计划安排及跟踪执行
Container loading planning and execution.
5.单证制作及核对
Documentations.
6. 跟踪协调清关
Tracking and coordination on customs clearance;
7. SAP系统操作
SAP operation.
8.建立有效报表，与供应商进行物流费用结算
Set up visibilities for logistic cost, validate the cost and arrange the payment;
9.与国外对账，结算货款
Beer cost reconciliation;
10.额外费用走审批流程
DAG application;
11.协助总部沟通协调相关物流需求及改进项目
Assist the HQ in coordinating different logistic requests and continuous improvement projects;

Qualifications 岗位要求：
1.本科或以上学历
Bachelor degree or above
2.具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能运用英语作为工作语言
Excellent English listening, speaking,reading and writing skills. Able to use English as working language;
3.2+年的供应链或进出口贸易工作经历
2+years of supply chain or international trade experience
4.了解快消品销售的基本业务，了解进出口贸易操作（优先考虑）
Understand the basic business of FMCG sales, understand the international trade operation (priority)
5.熟悉Word/excel/PowerPoint等软件，并具备较强的计算机运用能力
Familiar with Word/ Excel /PowerPoint, and have strong computer skills;
6.较好的沟通、协调和执行力，较强的问题分析和解决能力
Good communication, coordination and execution ability, strong problem analysis and solving ability.
