岗位介绍：
工艺开发部的实习生岗位将会有机会参与了解在国际前沿细胞治疗产品的药物开发工作。
工作职责：
1、在研究员的带领下，严格按照实验室要求，完成相关细胞及分子实验工作
2、根据实验方案和计划，协助实验室物料采购、发放、领用等日常运维工作；
3、按照要求进行相关资料的调研、收集、整理和汇编等；
4、配合完成项目负责人安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、生物医药等相关专业本科及以上学历，具有扎实的细胞生物学、生化与分子生物学、免疫学等理论基础。
2、熟悉使用flow cytometry、elisa、qPCR等细胞/分子技术优先
3、具有良好的逻辑思维和分析能力
4、良好的英语阅读、书写能力；
