YOUR TASKS
1. Analyze the characteristics of demand, organize material specifications, and develop suppliers of standard parts and branded categories；
2. Support related departments, provide consultation on price, delivery and service of materials；
3. Manage basic material data and dynamic purchasing requirements in SAP, request quotations, negotiate pricing, convert orders, check delivery schedules, follow up on deliveries, and process invoices；
4. Take the lead or cooperate to solve the abnormalities in the supply and ensure the normal supply of materials；
5. Evaluate supplier performance, maintain supplier relationship, develop and adjust sourcing strategy；
6. Support company level projects, e.g. cost reduction, inventory optimization, etc.
岗位职责
1. 分析需求的特点，整理物料规格，开发标准件和品牌类的供应商
2. 支持相关部门，提供物料的价格、交期、服务等方面的咨询
3. 管理SAP中的物料基础数据和动态采购需求，询价议价定价，转化订单，核对交期，跟进交货，处理账票
4. 牵头或者配合解决供应中的异常，保障物料的正常供应
5. 评估供应商绩效，维护供应商关系，制定和调整采购策略
6. 支持公司级的项目，例如降成本，库存优化等
YOUR PROFILE
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Proficiency in spoken English is preferred
3. Experience in purchasing standard parts and branded materials is preferred.
4. Work experience in large factory with 500 people or more is preferred.
5. Experience in vacuum coating industry is preferred.
6. SAP experience is preferred
7. Strong learning, analyzing, summarizing, expressing and negotiating skills;
8. Good at listening and communicating, clear thinking and quick thinking;
9. Positive personality, steady, outgoing, affable, tough
