• More than 5 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, with preference given to those with experience in sales to private hospitals.

• Experience with non-clinical clients, with the ability to identify key decision-makers and strong negotiation skills.

• Good communication skills, excellent learning ability, and execution capability, able to quickly adapt to changes in the market environment.
