任职资格
• Bachelors degree, Engineering in Mechanical or Automotive.
机械或汽车工程学士学位
• Above 3 years in quality or related field.

• Familiar with on-site problem handling procedures.

• Familiar with production line phases related processes, problem analysis, parts claims, parts scrapping, parts return to factory, etc.

工作职责
• Collect and deal with production problems in pre-series phase
预批量阶段生产问题收集及处理
• Participate in the improvement of production line related processes, problem analysis, parts claim, parts scrap, parts return to factory, etc.
参与完善生产线相关流程，问题分析，零件索赔，零件报废，零件返厂等
• Monitor the status of parts, such as generation information, incoming key issues monitor, etc.
对零件状态进行监控，如批次信息，来件重点问题监控等
• Assist BTV with specific problem analysis and promote problem resolution
协助零件负责人进行具体 问题 分析并推动问题解决
• Monitor suppliers improve their measures
监控供应商措施改进
• Participate in parts claim, scrap, and return to factory
参与零件索赔，报废，返厂等具体工作
• Participate in the project car rework and replacement work
参与项目车返修换件等工作
• Participate in project phase production related meetings to explain specific issues
参与项目阶段生产相关会议，对具体问题进行说明
• Ensure production, carry out parts rework, sorting, etc.
保障生产，开展零件返修，挑选等工作
• Run on line daily. Recognize problems with purchased parts occurring on the production line in the first moments. React and process problems.
日常巡线，第一时间 了解生产线上发生的外购件问题，并进行响应，处理。
• Assist BTV in analyzing and solving specific problems.
协助零件负责人开展具体问题的分析及促进
• Communicate with external and internal departments to specify temporary and long-term measures for parts.
与生产，采购，设计，物流，质保等部门沟通，为零件指定临时及长期措施
• Safeguard production. Carry out parts rework, sorting work, etc.
保障生产，开展零件返修，挑选等工作
• Review, promote, and implement measures submitted by suppliers for specific issues.
针对具体问题对供应商提交的措施进行审核，促进，落地。
• Participate in purchased parts related meetings. Discuss and report on behalf of GQ.
参加外购件相关会议，代表质保进行讨论及汇报。
• Completes KPI's related to GQ5.
完成外保相关的 KPI。
• Participate in parts liability. Complete the claim for simple issues.
参与零件判责，完成简单问题的索赔
• Participate in parts scrapping and complete the process of parts scrapping. 参与零件报废，完成零件报废流程
• Participate in parts reworking and complete the process of reworking.
参与零件返厂，完成零件返厂流程
