Direct Responsibilities:


• Project management of LCV product;

• Project management at all stages (from start with concept phase to serial life support)

• Project milestones preparation and presentation to direct management

• Manage Project schedule, identification of engineering resources, budget

• Timely escalation of issues impacting project schedule, budget, product performance

• Liaison between Russian R&D team and Chinese partners (OEM, Tier-2 Suppliers, Engineering companies)

• Enhance communication between parties and project management

• Manage engineering contracts and price negotiations with 3rd parties

• Develop job split (RASIC) for cross-functional and cross-companies projects

• Audit technical proposals and solutions, prepare presentation for approval decisions

• Manage technical issues resolution and countermeasures

• Manage contracts with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring company obligations, invoices and payments are done on time
Complementary responsibilities:

• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data & corporate policy

• Support Sollers long-term cycle plan development

• Develop local R&D team and cross-functional structure

• Setup KPI for local R&D team

• Delivery plan for design cross reduction items

• Lead Organize office operations and procedures
Requirements and qualifications:

• At least 5-year work experience at worldwide OEM for product development engineer for Electric and Electronic Component

• Fluent Chinese and English

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE, QCDP, APQP, MSA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, DV/PV, V-Engineering

• Knowledge of product development system, ISO/TS procedures

• Experience in PLM / PDM (Siemens TeamCenter), 3D (UG, Catia, SolidWorks, etc)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Knowledge of business and management principles
