Job Responsibility
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Customer relationship management, aiming at establishing long-term partnership with clients.
• Researching companies, understanding customer’s internal decision-making chain to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new offering / plan and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Requirements
• Master degree, preferably Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
• MNC working experiences preferred
• Oversea study / working experiences is a plus
• 5-10 year + experience in Biopharma / Biotech / CRO / CDMO R&D, process development
• Or 5-10 year + experience in sales, marketing in Biotech related field.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• High professional integrity (respectful, honest, trustworthy, helpful, organized) and assume responsibility
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
