- Cooperation with layout, ergonomices, design, Strak departments.
- Cooperation with Camera, windschield, antenna, wire harness, production and suppliers.
- CAVA check ECE R46 and ECE R21.
- Preparation of documents incl. Design & Strak investigation, technical analysis, timing plan, development BOM lists, part explosion, mounting sequence and all other required documents by VCTC-EKAA.
- Organization, Initiation, conduction and optimization of development DMU, sections, 3D assist data, 3D constuction data, 2D drawings (for B-Release etc).
- B-Release (data, documents and process)
- Optimization and ensurance of production and tooling feasibility.
- All other tasks given by VCTC-EKAA.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar.
• Broad knowledge and well-founded technical understanding in all relevant interior or -exterior parts/systems.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in interior development.
• VW project experience for development of same parts AND same working contents.
• Strong coordinating skills and good communication.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. German knowledge is appreciated .
