- Provide professional and efficient tech. supports to external customers in China.

- Samples/opportunity management to ensure effective project management for customer projects.

- Make application /compressor related technology training externally to the customers, WS, Tech. seminar ...

- Make application supports for quality case handling, product promotions

- Bring customer/market demand to internal and work with BO for CRD, MIP execution.

- Perform application tests upon customer request or quality issue handling and help achieve performance target. Work out system improvement solution and validate via tests.

On time supports with high Customer satisfaction level (>90%)

Follow up customer projects closely to close within 3 months

On time training upon request, with high satisfaction (>90%)

On time supports upon request, with high satisfaction (>90%)

On time feedback to internal, clear request description with high satisfaction (>90%)

Bachelor degree, Master preferred. Major in Refrigeration or Mechanical or similar area

Having knowledge in piston compressor and application is preferable

Experience (Industry/Professional Experience/ Management Experience)

English skills would be relevant on medium to high level (written and verbal)
