岗位职责：
1. 负责公司现有国外大客户的跟单工作，包括销售促成、询盘回复，单据确认、回款客诉、报关物流安排等；
2. 负责维护老客户，，给客户提供专业解决方案，促进成交，完成销售目标；
3. 用Whatsapp、邮件流利地与国外客户进行沟通（少量的全英语视频会议，电话沟通和接待客户访厂）；
4. 协调内部各部门，保证订单的顺利完成。
任职要求：
1. 本科学历，，国际贸易、商务英语类相关专业，3年以上跟单工作经验；；
2. 具有外贸跟单、销售经验，熟悉外贸流程；
3. 有家居、服装、日化品，包装材料等行业外贸业务、跟单经验优先考虑；
4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
5. 工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力。
