Job Summary:
This role is responsible for CP marketing management. The key functional responsibility is to implement and deliver marketing strategies and help deliver business gaols through:
- Manage product lifecycle and provide product/marketing related support for both CPB and equipment, including but not limited with, pricing, bidding, forecasting, expiration and etc.
- Execute marketing plan and all required marketing activities with appropriate planning, drive and achieve marketing excellence in execution.
- Improve understanding in diseases, therapies and technologies, competitive activities, etc. through participation to scientific congresses, market/business intelligence, networking in the field, in particular building a network with physician community and Key Opinion Leader (KOL)
- Engage both internal and external stakeholders to deliver and realize business investment and growth in relevant franchise
- Define the associated strategy / road maps / plans for the responsible product line;
Essential Job Functions:
(1) Define the associated strategy / road maps / plans for the responsible product lines;
(2) Execute marketing plan and all required marketing activities with appropriate planning, drive, and excellence in execution;
(3) Manage product lifecycle and provide product/marketing related support for both CPB and equipment, including but not limited with, pricing, bidding, forecasting, expiration and etc.
(4) Partner with sales & cross-functional teams to define and ensure excellent marketing/product strategies delivery ;
(5) Manage relevant product marketing budget to ensure effective return on investment to drive business growth ;
(6) Understand associated diseases today and tomorrow, emerging therapies and technologies, competitive activities, etc. through participation to scientific congresses, market/business intelligence, networking in the field, in particular building a network with physician community and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) ;
(7) Work with the key multi-functional experts to define critical go-to-market parameters, including reimbursement, pricing, segmentation, target population, market positioning, etc. in order to maximize the growth opportunity generated by the launch of the new therapy;
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in clinical medicine science or related fields.
•Minimum 10+ years experience in the medical device industry, including time spent in a marketing position and ideally previous participation in development and launch of a new therapy.
•Marketing technical expertise (product development, product launch, KOL management, etc.);
• Ability to understand, analyze and assess technical, clinical and scientific results;
• Ability to work with multi-functional players (RA, Clinical, etc.);
• Ability to use financial data;
• Ability of strategic thinking and development of marketing strategies;
• Ability of excellent communication / interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivation, problem solving attitude, quick in action, good team leader.
