Report directly to Marketing Director.
Responsibility
• In General, Responsible of the overall Marketing management being in charge of the China Region marketing according to the sales targets in different area in China.
• Consistently engage with existing & new markets for presale opportunities
• Lead the planning & execution of all marketing activities defined in budget
• Facilitate Ammann brand and Ammann Asphalt products in different area with proper ways
• Define marketing tasks & resources together with marketing director & managing director and marketing action plans with schedule timelines
• Manage the marketing budget & Cost control with monthly reports
• Provide direction and support to the sales team
• Track asphalt products deliverables in the market & using appropriate tools for Ammann
• Constantly monitoring & report on progress of the performance to all agents and stakeholders
• Present reports defining asphalt industry development trends, problems, and suggestions on Ammann solutions
Main duties
• Deploys the marketing execution as per the Company policies and procedures
• Continuously monitor and report on the status of market competitors, market customer needs, new technology development
• Optimize Ammann China marketing methods, marketing channels, marketing tools according to the marketing reports
• Establish and nature productive working relationships with appropriate customer business Units and external parties, to build & develop Ammann brand & good image success in the market

Requirements of the jobholder
Education: Bachelors/ master's degree in related domain
Professional experience: at least 5 years working experiences with marketing or sales.

2021年3月,安迈集团与张家港经开区签订投资协议,在苏州市张家港市设立新生产基地。安迈工程设备张家港生产基地项目,总投资7500万美元,注册资本2500万美元,占地80亩,厂房及办公楼等建筑面积约26100平米,年产80-100台套沥青搅拌站。
项目已于2023年8月份正式投产,预计年销售约10亿元。
