Business Support Manager– 5 days work
Responsibilities :

1. Capable for develop Great China service business support strategy, proven case of lead regional supply chain continuous improvement to drive cost/efficiency savings, and better service levels

2. Leadership and people management skill，coach team member and build high performance team, enhance operational skill and problem solving mindset, process improvement capability.

3. Ability to analyze business trends ，proficient in data analysis to identify problem and find out root cause and resolve problem, proven case is needed
Requirements :

1. 10+ years of client-focused contact center or client-facing team experience in Technical/Industrial field , at least 5 years of manager role

2. Strong supply chain experiences , including customer service, quotation and order process management, demand and supply planning, parts stock management, logistics, etc

3. Experience with SAP， CRM， other industry domain software, excellent in using Microsoft Excel tool is a must

4. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, coaching and influencing skills，in both Chinese and English

5. Strategic thinking and process driven, strategic pricing proven case is a plus

6. Bachelor/Master degree in a technical discipline
