工作内容
1. 开发和管理客户，维护良好的合作关系 2. 充分理解雇主招聘需求，通过数据库、招聘广告、社交网络等展开人才搜寻工作 3. 邀约面试，出具人才评定报并及时向雇主推荐与岗位匹配的候选人 4. 为候选人提供简历、面试和职业发展规划等建议 5. 薪酬谈判、候选人背景调查、离职指导和入职协助等 6. 为客户提供人才市场信息、薪酬报告；帮助候选人分析行业动向、职业发展路径 7. 组织线上线下分享活动如行业研讨会、职业技能培训、同业交流等
