为电梯产品开发高质量、具有成本优势的机械部件。对产品生产制造、工地问题、供应链和销售等等上下游提供技术支持。Develop high quality, cost leading structural design and mechanical components for Otis elevator products. Provide technical support to product manufacture, field solution, supply chain and sales.
工作职责 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Research, design and evaluate mechanical components in elevator system to meet the requirements. 研究开发电梯系统机械部件来满足客户需求。
· Deliver engineering design output (models, drawings, and other engineering documents) according to standard process. 根据Otis标准化流程提供工程设计（3D模型、图纸以及其他工程文件）。
· Follow Otis Product Development Process (PDP) to work with program team to support product development. 和项目团队一起紧跟Otis产品开发流程(PDP)去开发产品。
· Develop and apply modeling, analysis, simulation, and computation (MASC) to robust design. 开发建模、分析、仿真和计算（建模分析仿真计算），从而达到稳健的设计。
· Work with other department to support critical component development and support component roadmap and strategy creation. 与其他部门合作，支持关键部件开发并支持部件路线图和创建策略。
· Conduct product design technical reviews with expertise team. 与专业团队一起进行产品设计审核。
· Provide engineering support to cross-function team. 为跨部门团队提供工程支持。
职位要求 basic qualifications, work experience
· Bachelor or master degree for mechanical engineering or mechanical related majors. 机械工程学或机械相关专业学士或硕士学历
· Language: Fluent in English writing and communication; CET-4 or equivalent. 语言：流利的英语沟通和书写能力，CET-4或同等证书
· At least 2~5 years work experience in mechanical design area, elevator design experience is preferred. 至少2~5年在机械领域工作经验，电梯行业优先。
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 强大的分析和解决问题的能力。
· Excellent ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with global team members. 出色的团队工作能力以及与全球团队成员有效沟通的能力。
· Be skillful for CAD tools on modeling design, such as Creo/Ansys.熟练适用CAD工具进行建模设计，如Creo / Ansys。
· Self-motivation to learn and communicate with team to achieve the work target. 自我学习能力和团队沟通能力，从而达到工作目标。
