Qualification
任职资格：
1) College degree or above, regardless of major or gender;
1) 大专以上学历，专业不限，男女不限；
2) More than 3 years working experience in the same position, familiar with hardware, plastic, silicone, surface treatment and electronic materials and other structural parts;
2) 三年以上同职位工作经验，熟悉五金、塑胶、硅胶、表面处理及电子物料等结构件；
3) Familiar with metal die casting, plastic injection molding, solid / liquid silicone production process, surface treatment and key quality control points
3) 熟悉五金成型，塑胶注塑生产过程，表面处理等制程及关键质量控制点，熟悉电子物料生产&品质管理优先；
4) Familiar with supplier quality process audit, performance evaluation, risk assessment and problem improvement, and coach supplier to improve quality capability;
4) 熟悉供应商质量过程审核，绩效评估，风险评估及问题改善，辅导供应商质量能力提升；
5) Familiar with the use of quality tools (8D report, fishbone diagram analysis, FMEA, SPC, control plan, etc.),
5) 熟悉质量工具的运用(8D 报告，鱼骨图分析，FMEA, SPC, CONTROL PLAN等)，
6) Familiar with ISO9000 standard,
6) 熟悉ISO9000标准
7) Good communication skills, logical thinking ability and report writing ability;
7) 具有良好的沟通表达能力、逻辑思维能力，报告撰写能力；
8) Good ability of project management and tracking.

Responsibilities
工作职责：
Responsible for the quality management of hardware and plastic suppliers, including:
负责五金塑胶供应商质量管理，含：
1) On site audit of new suppliers
1）新供应商的现场审核
2) Annual review and performance evaluation of qualified suppliers
2）合格供应商的年度评审和绩效考评
3) PPAP management of parts (including process flow and PFMEA Management)
3）零件PPAP管理(包括工艺流程及PFMEA管理）
4) Formulate inspection standards for hardware and plastic parts
4）制定五金塑胶件检验标准
5) Deal with the abnormal quality of incoming materials;
5）来料品质异常处理；
6) Training of IQC inspectors;
6）IQC检验员的培训；
7) Drive supplier quality improvement
7） 推动供应商品质改善
