目标 Goal
 Project steering; test report; ticket creation and follow up.
 Professional customer's E/E function test.
 FIT validation test (DTC include) according to test case for each i-Step.
 SW/HW update in daily.
 Vehicle maintenance in daily.
 Driving dynamics test.
 Number of T-Car: around 7.
 All the data/trace need to be uploaded to system in daily.
 Need to be on business trip as validation test requested

主要职责 Major Responsibilities
 "Planning:
- Plan FIT cars test plan according to E/E SAB timeline.
- Test plan making with SAT-A-2(smoking test, weekly test, SAB test, short distance road test, long distance road test ...)
- Project steering, keep milestones on track
- Road test organization with SAT-A-2 include test route making, road test safety, road test HC balance, hotel reservation and so on)
- Vehicle coordination (balance upgrading plan and test plan)
- FIT vehicles SAB hardware break plan tracking with SAT-A-2
- FIT vehicles SA configuration tracking
- FIT car testing transportation arrangement "
 "Reporting:
- FIT issues summary, tracking and pushing with SAT-A-2
- Test cases report, features maturity test report and performance report
- Validation for existed issues
- BI clarification with SAT-A-2"
 "Vehicle maintenance:
- ECU HW update according to plan.
- Vehicle maintenance (license plate, tire pressure, tidy and so on) in daily.
- Test equipment maintenance (Loggers, video recorders, cable connections)
- Vehicle quantity is around 7.
- Handover cars with assembly shop and damage cars according to plan with SAT-A-2"
 Road test biz trip needed according to test plan.

 Office skill: Proficiency with MS office.
 Language: Proficiency in English.
 Problem management tool (e.g. DIR, OCTANE) knowledge
 General understanding of SW implementation planning
 Should follow EHS and security rules in Spotlight

 Vehicle safety, take care of vehicles
 Take care of tools/ Data protection, no pics/…
 BMW E/E tool knowledge EDIABAS
 BMW E/E tool knowledge INPA (Check In)
 BMW E/E tool knowledge X2E Data Logger
 Basic E/E knowledge
 BMW E/E tool knowledge CAN/Flexray/LIN/Ethernet bus
 Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical engineering or similar
 Working experience: At least 3 years experience of project and team management


 Driving skill: 2 years experience with valid public driver licence
