主要职责：
1. 根据公司模板，起草、审核简单间接采购协议、服务协议、保密协议等合同。
2. 根据要求进行相关法律检索。
3. 翻译简单的中英文文件。
4. 处理OA申请和部门付款流程。
5. 归档、维护和保管所有法律文件。
6. 为法律团队提供日常行政支持和其他分配的工作。
资格能力：
1. 法律专业。
2. 注重细节，责任心强。
3. 具备中英文书写能力。
4. 工作努力、可靠。
Key Responsibilities:
Under the supervision by manager, draft, review simple indirect sourcing agreement, service agreement, NDA and other contracts based on company template.
1. Conduct legal research on particular subject as requested independently.
2. Translate English and Chinese legal documents.
3. Handle internal OA application and payment process.
4. File, maintain and custody all legal documents.
5. Routine administrative support to legal team and other works as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Major in law.
2. Detail-oriented and strong sense of responsibility.
3. Good writing in English.
4. Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated.
