工作职责:
- Insta360 Tutorials YouTube channel primarily serves a dual purpose of product education and community engagement, aiming to enhance the user experience for our customers. It also helps foster a community of Insta360 users by providing the content they favor, tackling the questions often asked.
- Responsible for YT tutorial channel daily operation and ensure weekly long-form and short-form video content publishing and community posts;
- Responsible for YT tutorial channel data tracking and monitoring on a daily basis and ensure subscriber growth;
- Responsible for the completion of YT tutorial channel brand image rework, including but not limited to banner, thumbnails, series build-up, etc.;
- Responsible for cross-team alignment on various content requests and publishing on a daily basis;
- Responsible for maintaining this resource hub for our users and following up on all tutorial content requests on how to use different products
- Responsible for syncing these tutorial contents within the team (cross-channel) and the distribution of the tutorials

- Sufficient knowledge of YouTube (specifically) features.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
- Thorough understanding of Western culture and values, especially that of the US audience.
- Native communication skills to engage.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing, including understanding of how tutorial content helps target/connect with our audience more effectively.
- Basic analytical skills.
