Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities：

* Segmentation and Safety Stock. Segments the portfolio of materials through an ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and engineering changes. Defines inventory policies according to this segmentation.
* Inventory Parameters. Calculates and maintains in the planning systems and the ERPs of the inventory parameters: safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead-time, and replenishment strategies.
* Collaboration: Collaborates with master planner, scheduler, and Buyers to ensure adequate replenishment of inventory to meet production consumption and avoid material shortage.
* Purchase Requisition and Orders: ·Manages MRP exception messages on a daily basis. Review Purchase Requisitions created by MRP and Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers ,monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.
* Inventory Performance:·Analyzes excess and obsolete/aging inventory.  Takes appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing and Procurement and Logistics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

* Bachelor or above degree, business or engineering background is preferred,
* At least 2 years of Supply Chain related experience,
* Data analysis and statistics ability, familiar with Power BI,
* Basic knowledge of lean, quality tools,
* Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese,
* Good MS office skill and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred,
* Result-oriented, team working, and strong communication skill
