Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES



o A client facing role that handles clients’ queries on Ecommerce data

o Be an expert on NIQ Ecommerce product designs and operational logics

o Deep dive into client queries to locate the root cause with proper problem-solving skills and ensure query resolution to be provided in a timely manner

o Ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standards

o Centrally track the status for client queries and derive product enhancement directions from daily query handling

o Responsible for meeting the COE objectives as a whole and ongoing delivery of COE KPIs
Qualifications

o An enthusiastic problem-solver

o A good communicator to engage with both internal and external stakeholders

o A good team player and able to work with cross teams

o Senior management exposure and engagement experience

o Ecommerce related background is preferred
QUALIFICATIONS



o University degree or equivalent experience

o 2+ years professional work experience

o Ecom operation experience is preferred

o Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written

o Strong communication skills

o Experience working in a digital enabled environment

o Ability to work within a virtual environment

o Strong business acumen
