Overall responsibilities and duties:

o 先期供应商质量工程师(ASQ)是确保先期产品质量计划的执行(APQP)及其在各个时间节点完成和跟进供应商的绩效。主要任务是:The role of an Advanced Supplier Quality (ASQ) Engineer is to ensure the execution of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process and its completion in due time and follow up the performance of the supplier.
The main missions of the role are to:

o 1)Deploy APQP related to the development phase of Bought-Out Parts following the Group's purchasing requirements

o 根据集团和采购需求,部署相关零件的APQP开发进程

o 2)给技术决策提出建议(即做好TFC评估),确保在零件开发过程中没有质量缺陷。Give recommendations and/or technical decisions(TFC review) to ensure a defect-free process through program management

o 3)对于低绩效供应商,与战略采购做好管理提升及合作计划。Manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer

o 4)与工厂SQA和质量工程师做好供应商的过程质量资质审核(包括试生产和过程审核)。Manage the process qualification(trial run at rate & process audit)with plant Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer and program quality engineer

o 5)按照APQP进展要求,与项目团队完成决策。Follow the APQP progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team

o 6)培训供应商,确保定义的标准能准确实施。Train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied

o 7)在移交工厂前,管控零件生产批准程序,并移交SQA。Monitor the Production Part Approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant SQA Engineer

o 8)万一有零件偏差,管理好供应商的行动计划。Manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations

o 9)参与战略采购对供应商的过程、技术职责的评估。Conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities
附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions

1) 遵守健康安全环境规定,推动工作环境及人机工程的改善Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations, drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics

2) 保证与直线经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent timely communication with the Line Manager

3) 协调公司内部改进质量 Cooperate with other department to improve Quality

4) 部门内其他员工不在时,顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy

5) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Line Manager

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have/be:

o Minimum education level: Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical engineering or automation

大学本科或同等学力机械工程或自动化专业

Experience :

o At least 3 years practical experiences in automotive quality management function , preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment

至少3年有关质量管理的工作经验,最好是在外企或合资企业的生产环境下.

o Experience with supplier development and management

Skills and competencies

o Experience with supplier development and management

o 可使用质量工具(APQP, FMEA,SPC,MSA等) Skillful at APQP, FMEA, SPC and MSA etc…
