As a Senior Marketing Specialist in our team, you will be responsible for developing new markets, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, executing effective negotiation strategies, and handling international business.
New Market Development
1. Capable of independently conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.
2. Proficient in multi-channel market development strategies, including but not limited to online marketing, social media, and traditional media.
3. Ability to formulate and implement market entry strategies in various cultural and economic contexts.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Strong customer relationship management and maintenance skills, capable of establishing long-term and stable cooperation relationships.
2. Proficient in using digital systems for customer data analysis to develop personalized customer maintenance strategies.
Negotiation Skills
1. Excellent negotiation skills, including effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
2. Ability to reach cooperation agreements while protecting the company's interests.
International Business Handling
1. Experience in handling international market business, understanding the market rules and business customs of different countries.
2. Ability to adapt to international business differences and develop marketing strategies suitable for various markets.
3. Excellent English communication skills, additional language skills are a plus.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preference for majors in Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in new market development and international business handling.
