MY JOB OBJECTIVE:
I am responsible for products available at the right time, at the right place with the optimised cost.

MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. I manage production planning according to customer needs & supplier capacities.
2. I manage orders effectively to ensure the reliable supply to customers, on time delivery and optimize stock.
3. I ensure the availability and reliability of product related data and quotation.
4. I participate in the S&OP (Sales & Operational Planning) and execute the component procurement accordingly to optimize overall stock.
5. I can manage and balance supply within several suppliers in my industrial process.(If Planner)
6. I check, analyse and increase flexibility and decrease lead time with my supplier.
7. I develop my suppliers autonomous on supply chain and cost optimization, for sustainable performance.
8.I drive my suppliers toward sustainable performance excellence through supply chain assessment.
9.I work with suppliers to propose the best supply solution to my internal customers.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to use it as a working language.
3. Positive and energetic, and willing to participate in sports activities.
4. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, highly sensitive to numbers.
5. Good organizational skills and able to drive projects to be completed on time and as expected.
6. Curious and open-minded, with a global and long-term perspective.
7. Proactive in communication, willing to share and collaborate with others.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, not easily compromise, and customer and results-oriented.
9. Strong ability to withstand pressure and willing to accept challenges.
