Responsibilities 工作职责:
1.Issue offer & new contracts in line with company’s standard format and procedure. 根据公司标准模板制作合同及报价
2.Sales order, purchase order, delivery, invoice, payment processing. 销售订单,采购订单,收发货,发票,付款流程等处理
3.Liaise with customers for any contract processing problems. 协调客户处理有关合同执行方面的问题
4.Bidding document preparation with instructions. 根据要求制作标书
5.Maintain contract files in line with company standards. 根据公司要求归档合同文件
6.Other task as per company’s needs. 公司要求的其他工作
Qualifications 职位要求:
1.Bachelor degree or above in foreign trade, logistics, English or related major. 外贸、物流、英语或其它相关专业,本科及以上学历
2.Min. of 3 years work experience in commercial or foreign trade or related field. 三年以上商务、外贸或其它相关领域工作经验
3.Fluent reading and written English. 流利的英语读写能力
4.Min. of 2 year ERP experience. SAP experience preferred. 两年以上ERP系统使用经验,有SAP经验者优先
5.Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧
6.Strong sense of responsibility 有强烈的责任心
7.Be patient and focus on working efficiency 工作耐心而且注重效率
8.Be willing to learn and able to work under pressure 乐于学习并能在压力下工作
