Major Responsibilities
1. Routine channel operation strategy and execution to ensure channel management excellence:
a) Update distributor customer profile by conducting related qualitative and quantitative analysis to summarize customer features and insights
b) Keep optimizing commercial operations processes (SOP/Playbook) including distributor management and commercial project operations to maximize efficiency
c) Efficient channel management including channel supply coordination and distributor list management
d) Design distribution management capability projects and KPI scheme to constantly improve team performance
e) Leverage distributor resources to support BU access needs and keep updating the progress
2. Lead innovative collaboration projects with partnerships:
a) Design national innovative commercial projects for products in different life stages across different channels based on business needs and industry dynamics analysis
b) Develop national commercial project proposals including business model, commercial policy, ROI and operation mechanism and get approval from management
c) Drive national project execution to generate business value by collaborating with cross-functional teams to align project target and execution plan and develop dashboard to track project progress
d) Responsible for regional distributor-partnership innovation incubator mechanism design and operations including project selection and evaluation
e) Track and drive regional distributor-partnership innovation project execution to discover innovative business opportunities and summarize successful regional innovation experiences for nationwide expansion
3. Support commercial policy development, analysis, communication, execution and evaluation
4. Coordinate internal and external conferences about vendor communication and content design
Capability Requirement
1. 3-5 years of pharma industry experience in distributor management, commercial strategy, marketing or strategic planning, with consulting background preferred
2. Strong project planning, management and evaluation abilities to lead cross-functional teams efficiently with result-oriented mindsets and big-picture thinking
3. Solid communication and interpersonal skills with business sense and policy acumen
4. Self-motivated and high learning agility with strong intellectual curiosity
5. Bachelor or Master degree in pharmaceutical or medical science preferred
