主要职责Main Responsibilities：

1. Develop sourcing strategies by analyzing the supply base, market conditions, and technology roadmaps;

2. Build product competitive position through continuous improvement in cost, supplier value and quality;

3. Take action to reduce costs that are focused on creating greater efficiencies, economies of scale or better quality resources;

4. Work closely alongside manufacturing engineering and Project Management to support engineering requirements, execute against build milestones and track sourcing progress;

与制造工程和项目管理密切合作，支持工程需求，根据建设里程碑执行并跟踪采购进度;

5. Make the monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast according to the production demands;

根据生产需求进行月度、季度和年度预测;

6. Purchase timely to ensure the stock is in safety;

及时采购，确保库存安全;

7. Manage supplier to ensure the supplier can perform according to the purchasing contract;

管理供应商，确保供应商能够按照采购合同执行;

8. Ensure the supplier and material information is accurate;

确保供应商和物料信息准确无误;

9. Cooperate with engineering department to provide the RFQ according to BOM;

配合工程部根据BOM提供RFQ;

10. Build purchasing system and optimize purchasing procedure.

建立采购体系，优化采购流程。
任职资格Qualifications：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain;

本科或以上学历，机械/汽车工程，商业或供应链专业;

2. 10 years of sourcing, purchasing experience is required;

10年采购经验;

3. Experience in the automotive industry is required, powertrain area is a plus;

有汽车行业工作经验，动力传动领域优先;

4. Strong written, verbal communication and negotiate skills;

较强的书面、口头沟通和谈判能力;

5. Strong strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills;

具备较强的战略思维、问题解决和分析能力;

6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously;

能够同时处理多个优先事项和任务;

7. High level of integrity;

高度诚信;

8. Experience negotiating contract and purchasing terms and conditions;

具有合同和采购条款谈判经验;

9. Familiar with IATF 16949 requirement, especially in the supplier assessment procedure.
