Tasks：

-Understand function technical concept (LAH) of display.

-Plan, steer and execute display development in hard and software according to vehicle project milestones.

-Conduct part release recommendation and make sure the part release get approval on time.

-Create change requests for display changes, create meaningful documents, request appropriate change requests and lead requests to implementation.

-Evaluate the potential supplier technical concept (HW/SW), analyze display feasibility and provide reasonable rating.

-Manage suppliers and tracking component development and test status, ensure their delivery and result fulfill technical requirements and timeline.

-Establish and coordination test and validation plan in vehicle level, tracking the test status and analyzing/solving the problem during the test.
Qualification and skills:

-Education:

·       Bachelor degreeor above in Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanica lEngineering, or similar

Workingexperience:

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience at least in automotive industry including supplier industry

·       Working experience in VW Group or VW Group suppliers or Xiaopeng is appreciated

Skills:

·       Knowledge of project management (time management / planning / monitoring).

·       Understanding of automotive technology and vehicle project milestones

·       Knowledge of component development process.

·       Knowledge of requirements, test conditions, tests for electrical, electronic and mechatronic components.

·       Familiar with Catia GRC tool, CAN/Lin communication knowledge and CANOE would be appreciated.

·       Strong communication skills

Language:

·       Excellent business language skills in English (written and oral) mandatory. CET6 is required.

·       German is appreciated.
