This is a position for Swire Properties' New Project in Liwan Distrcit, Guangzhou.
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
Lead admin team to carry out daily admin work to ensure the smoothness of company operations and a friendly working environment, to provide proper office management and functional support for all the company staff, to make improvement of the process and procedures.
Major Tasks & Activities:
1. Lead administrative service team, including daily management, responsibilities, performance and team development, and etc.
2. Lead admin team to carry out daily admin work to ensure the smoothness of company operations and a friendly working environment.
3. Responsible for annual budget planning and expenses monitoring.
4. Responsible for admin purchasing, including in vender sourcing and managing the vendor’s performance, make sure of the qualified service, tracking and control of the cost for high cost efficiency ;
5. Organize various administrative policy/process formation, implementation and continuous improvement.
6. Take charge of work permit application for secondee, Provide assistance for Secondee relocations (such as assistance in housing and transportation);
7. Organize staff activities including annual dinner, sports, outing, birthday lunch, etc.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years office administration experience, be better to work in foreign companies or middle-size company,
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
3. Strong management skill and planning skill.
4. Able to handle multiple tasks
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
6. Skilled at Microsoft Office applications, including Sharepoint and TEAMS
