This role is Business Engagement Partnership – MKT, Digital MKT & Ecommerce or Food Service E2E China.
Key Accountabilities:
1.Establishing a trusted relationship with key stakeholders and leaders in the segment, being a connected, influential player in the country, communicating plan effectively and gain support from key stakeholders, including country leaders and IT Regional leaders, to understand and contribute to business strategic directions and goals, define an IT strategic plan aligned/embedded with business strategy, ensure governance and alignment of business demand with supply, leveraging IT portfolio of services.
2.Develops a depth of understanding in country operational capabilities, IT service delivery, committed/delivered service levels in being accountable to assuring stable operations. Providing visibility to stakeholders with ongoing communication and reporting, and ensure compliance to IT security and controls framework. Assure secure, compliant, stable operations in technologies enabling China businesses.
3.Develop and agree an on-going project portfolio to achieve the China IT strategy, taking account of segment goals, corporate priorities, technology/data opportunities, and cost pressures. And providing prioritization guidelines and lead a focused agenda. With adept understanding of business value, to drive clear prioritization of value driving initiatives of business impact.
4.Developing and improve an understanding of the IT operating model with internal employees and external third-party resources and processes, to be an active leadership role in enabling a high performing, agile, focused team, also engage and motivate employees/resources with effective communication, that expecting to bring in thought leadership with development of methodologies and tools to enhance performance.
5.Define a portfolio of investment initiatives inclusive of value proposition, and prioritize investment portfolio for the country; Partner in prioritizing across; Enforce a value centric conversation; Build metrics that focus on outcomes rather than a list and number of projects delivered; With understanding of IT Business Management and allocation approaches, provide transparency of IT costs to country leadership; Bring in relentless leadership in cost reduction and total cost management – generate head room towards fueling investments to drive growth enablement.
Capabilities Requirements:
1.5 years or above experience as a ITBP in FMCG/Retail or related industry. Exp in digital marketing, ecoms, O2O, multi-project management is preferred.
2.Have depth of knowledge and understanding of cyber risks, security posture, processes and procedures.
3.Strong focus on consumer obsession and deep expertise in data, algorithms.
4.Passionate to be a partner to cooperate with stakeholders. Good communicate skill.

4.发展和提高内部员工和外部第三方对IT运营模式的理解，以实现一个高效、敏捷、专注的团队。通过有效的沟通吸引和激励员工/资源，通过更优的方法和工具来提高绩效。
5.确定包括价值主张在内的投资计划组合，并确定国家投资组合的优先次序，构建注重结果而不是交付项目列表和数量的指标。了解IT业务管理和分配方法，向管理层提供透明的IT成本。在降低成本和全面成本管理方面发挥领导作用，为推动投资创造空间，推动增长。
任职要求:
1.在快消/零售或相关行业有1.5年或以上的ITBP经验。有多项目管理经验者优先。
2.对网络风险、安全态势、流程和程序有深入的了解和理解。
3.专注于快消行业，对数据和算法方面拥有深厚的专业知识。
4.热情、主动，有良好的沟通能力。
5.能以英语作为工作语言。
