Responsibilities:

1.Design and manufacture Jigs and Fixtures for the Manufacturing and can initiate ECR and ECO to standardization.

2 Raise ECRs, ECOs for engineer changes for Manufacture department;

结合生产部需求发起相关ECR、ECO进行工程变更。

2.Support Localization FA verification .

能支持国产化物料的首件验证工作。

3.Manage and maintain good supplier relationships to get market / production insight and professional support from supplier;

能管理和维护良好的供应商关系，以获得市场/生产洞察力和供应商的专业支持;

4.Have the ability to lead CIP projects, identify the root causes of problems and propose solutions;

有能力领导CIP项目，找出问题的根本原因并提出解决方案。

5.Initiate writing the OMS for the Tool assembly and Function testing.

能够编写机台装配和功能测试用到的OMS。

6.Evaluate and review the OMS and manufacturability of NPI Tools。

评估新导入产机台的OMS和可制造性。

8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

主管交办的其他工作。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in Metal & Mechanical or related field;

机械设计制造或相关专业，全日制本科以上学历;

2.＞5 years experience for mechanical design or manufacturing, including sheet metal, machining, welding, surface treatment (Chemical Clean, powder coating, Al anodizing, electroplating, etc.);

5年以上机械设计制造经验，包括钣金、机加工、焊接、表面处理(化学清洗、粉末喷涂、铝阳极氧化、电镀等)等。

3.Good knowledge on Metal (Al, SST, etc.) Mechanical and Chemical performance;

熟悉常用金属材料(铝, 不锈钢等)的机械和化学性能。

4.Good experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD;

熟练使用SolidWorks和AutoCAD.

5.Good experience in Semi-Conductor equipment is a plus;

有半导体设备工作经验者优先;

6.Fully understand GD&T rules;

充分理解GD&T规则;

7.Sourcing experience is a plus, but not a must;

有寻源经验者优先，但非必须项;

8.Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility, a good team player;

强烈的自我激励意识和责任感，良好的团队合作精神;

9.Project management experience is a plus;

有项目管理经验者优先;

10.Language skills: Read and write clear and logical report in English is a MUST, Fluency in spoken English is a plus;
