Major Responsibility:

1. Fully understand clients including their products, needs and organization so as to represent the “voice of customer”

2. Develop sales strategy and grow the business, focusing on clients as well as Steering China business strategy

3. Develop proposal strategies, maximize value of the product and deliver sales revenue

4. Work together with Product Engineer to identify sales opportunities including negotiate prices for engineering changes, prototypes and premiums with customer purchasing to support profitability improvement

5. Gather and communicate competitive information for commercial and technical

intelligence

6. Forecast business opportunities for short term and long term planning

7. Be part of the China Sales Team and coordinate with regional Sales initiatives

8. Manage of targeted customer relations

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:

(Note: Determine the necessary competence for personnel on this position, e.g. what kind of applicable tools and techniques should be skilled in, education background, language skill requirement, character and so on)

1. Bachelor degree required

2. High degree of personal integrity and honesty

3. Enthusiastic and eager to learn, highly motivated

4. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) in English

5. Strong communication and presentation skills

6. Good client relation management skills

7. Frequent travel is required

Experience:

1. 4-6 years sales experience in auto industry, with successful experience in sales or equivalent client interface

2. Technical experience or background in auto industry is highly preferred but not mandatory
