Job Summary

The project is to provide the design, development and implementation based on client requirements. It is an opportunity to have a deep understanding of the business process and business requirements of the client even the entire industry. Responsible for FS and UI design based on collecting, analyzing client business requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for requirements analysis and product design;

• Work with business to understand, analyze, clarify and validate requirements for system changes;

• Assist in product design, participate in unit and integration testing, work closely with development and test teams to ensure that the team understands the business requirements, ensure that the product design covers all requirements, and ensure that the system is fully tested;

• Responsible for requirements collection and tracking, requirements changes, requirements life cycle implementation;

• Responsible for analyzing and evaluating system architecture, function, performance, security, etc.;

• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and help identify potential business needs from user requests;

• Provide detailed user case descriptions/product backlog/stories with clear acceptance criteria, including technically feasible and realistic functional and non-functional requirements;

• Support IT teams to fully understand the business requirements for solutions, development, and testing;

• Provide ongoing consultation on production issues;

• Prepare relevant training for users and other relevant personnel and teams;

• Prepare the environment and demonstrate the system to the customer.
Job Requirements

• Rich experience in Life Science industry.;

• Requirements analyst with BPM-related experience is required;

• Experience in demand analysis, product management, business management application implementation experience, strong business process, business model analysis and design ability;

• Strong experience with computer technology, methods, and the overall development process, with a certain software technical architecture, development or testing background;

• Proficient in Office software, axure, visio, Rose, PowerDesigner and other product analysis and design tools;

• Proficient in use of flow charts;

• Familiar with prototype tools such as axure or ink knife is preferred;

• Excellent PPT reporting ability, independently prepare project reports, business solutions and other documents;

• Have good interpersonal skills, communication skills, as well as independent thinking and coping with emergencies;

• Good at communication, good team spirit and coordination and communication skills, a sense of responsibility and ownership;

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
