Main Accountabilities: Tender stage
• Supports the Tender Manager on financial aspects.
Project execution
• Prepares project invoices, financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting).
• Drives revenues and project cash flow and seeks for optimization.
• Is responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow and monthly/quarterly forecast. Oversees Currency risk project cash flow.

Monitoring and review
• Provides input to Project Manager in opportunity/risk identification.
• Supports Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews.
• Provides input to the project cost report. Forecast& Closing& data analysis &SOX:
• prepare month end forecast,roling 5Q and budget related report
• Close monitor closing result and make adjustment when seeing any abnormal
• Prepare SOX related files for project related CARs
• adhoc data analysis
Commercial terms
• Provides input to the Project Manager on claim management, back-charges and insurance cases.
Compliance & Internal Control
• Supports the Project Manager in adherence to: corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter, business specific finance directives and instructions.
Education and Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Financial area or business administration
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management/control or process optimization related work Skills and knowledge:
Good analytical skills and ability to work independently Strong knowledge of business process practices Strong business process consultancy skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of organization Strong English listening and speaking ability Strong self-learning ability with strong self-drive
Must-have Skills: Strong knowledge of business process practices Good analytical skills and ability to work independently.
knowledge on SAP project settings Familar with BI/PBI/other data analyst tool is a plus
