Responsibilities:

-Establish the standards and guidelines regarding sales operations, and provide specific sales forecast and planning, etc.

-Oversee and manage the performance and effectiveness of daily sales operations, and motivate members to meet or exceed sales targets
监督和管理日常销售业务的绩效和效率，并激励成员达到或超越销售目标
-Aggressively pursue new business by travelling to potential and existing clients, establishing stable strategic partnerships with potential clients
拜访潜在和现有客户来积极开拓新业务, 与潜在客户建立稳定的战略伙伴关系
-Identify growth opportunities, propose, and implement innovative market expansion strategies based on analyzing customer insights

基于分析客户洞察识别增长机会、提出创新的市场扩张策略并实施


Requirements:
任职要求：
-Bachelor’s degree and above
全日制本科及以上学历
-Proven sales experience and excellent skills more than five years: sector-specific sales experience is preferred (supply chain, logistics, packaging, etc.)
有五年以上丰富的销售经验和销售技能：特定行业销售经验者优先（供应链、物流和包赚等）
-Profound understanding of supply chain and logistics industry, and emerging business models
对供应链和物流行业以及创新的业务模式有深刻的理解
-Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, customer facing, customer service, negotiation, and consultative sales skills
出众的分析、解决问题、面对客户、服务客户、谈判以及咨询式销售技能
-Excellent creative thinking and leadership skills
良好的创意思维和领导能力
-Willingness to undertake frequent business travel within mainland China
