Position Summary

This role will be responsible for Enterprise Architect and Solution delivery function in Digital and IT department. plays a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of our organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing solution delivery and architecture, with an enterprise and focus on digital support, security governance, and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Additionally, this individual will support digital solution, application security and BI reporting.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks and standards to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Define and maintain architectural principles, guidelines, and best practices for solution design, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints and roadmaps.
• Drive the evaluation, selection, and adoption of technology solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture principles and meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution delivery lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with Cyber Security team to oversee security architecture and controls to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats and breaches, conduct applications risk assessments and vulnerability scans, and implement security measures such as encryption, access controls, and identity management.
• Work with Digital team to identify opportunities to leverage AI and RPA technologies to automate business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making, evaluate AI tools and develop integration strategies to seamlessly incorporate them into existing systems and workflows.
• Work with digital team to collaborate with business stakeholders to identify use cases and develop proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of Digital initiatives.
• Provide guidance on ethical considerations and best practices for digital tools and platform implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational values and goals.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Ali Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and data management tools (e.g., Master Data Management, Data Catalogs).
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization.


Recommended Education and Key Competency
• At least 10 years working experience in operation environments in multiple technical or business domains.
• Good knowledge of project management framework, and SDLC (software development lifecycle).
• Self-motivated, innovative, responsible and reliable with energy driven to implement change.
• Customer focus mindset with clear goal orientation, results orientation, multiple function capability to make things done in complex environment.
• Hands-on skills or experience in setup, configuration, deployment and administration of systems for event management and supply chain, etc will be a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in Architecture Design, Data Management, Analytics, and Strategy, capable to work with and take care the following functions: Digital and IT Security, Data Modeling, and Data Governance.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and driving data-driven culture and innovation.
• Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and associated tech/data ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data and analytics.
