Key Points:

1.Qualify samples from suppliers. Make corresponding qualification reports.

2.Implement on-site/incoming products inspection and reports.

3.Assist supplier special/key production process certification and summarize certification report.

4.Monitor and improve supplier manufacturing schedules.

5.Collaborate with purchasing/engineering dept. to create corrective action plans of supplier quality/delivery issues.

6.Work with the supplier directly, facilitate root cause analysis and verification of correction actions of quality issues，and monitor supplier's compliance with production process execution.

7.Deal with quality complaint from production dept.

8.Follow up and manage the whole process of new product introduction to production dept.

9.Support supplier quality manager on annual supplier assessment.

10.Responsible for new supplier access review and production process review

11.Guide and assist suppliers to use correct measuring tools and methods.

12.Random inspection/reinspection of products before shipment

13.Supervise suppliers to comply with safety/health/environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor/college degree of mechanical manufacturing/manufacturing process /electrical /automation.

2.Over 2 years working experience in SQE in the equipment company.

3.Strong teamwork and project management experience.

4.Familiar with ISO9001 and IATF16949 system management and process control

5.Skilled application of quality tools and process improvement methodology

6.Good communication skills

7.Use inspection tools and instrument proficiently, included CMM.

8.Ability to understand English drawings.

9.Proficient in office software

10.Ability to use solidwork/CAD or E-plan.

11.Experience in semi-conductor equipment company is preferred.

12.Able to accept frequently business trip.
