1. Be responsible for new products development， technically lead at technical conception, solution, drawing, specifications and other documents for new products, subsystem and components.

2. Provide design input and create mechanical system with right technical solution, improve product reliability and meet specification.

3. Work with cross functional teams including Electronics, Validation, Sourcing and Manufacture team to achieve the product goals.

4. Create reliability / design test plans for each new product design requirements, lead qualification and reliability testing on sub systems and components, support testing activities in internal lab, supplier’s lab or 3rd party lab.

5. Perform engineering capability evaluations and recommend supplier selection and improvements.

6. Create cost analysis, risk assessment, design FMEA and testing reports.

7. Drive quality continuous improvement and product cost reduction.

8. Advanced development to bring innovation idea to strengthen product line.
