DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：

1. Making new process conditions for production line painting;

负责涂装线的新工艺的制定；

2. Assist the project engineer to complete the painting form book;

协助项目经理完成客户的相关产品订单；

3. Responsible for continuous improvement and reduction of the defects about productions;

负责车间的持续改进以及产品缺陷的降低；

4. Assist to complete try painting job for incoming inspection;

协助完成喷漆进货检验的试喷工作；

5. Responsible for quality defect analysis for panting produces, follow up all quality issues’ improvement process;

负责喷涂件的质量缺陷分析及跟进各项改善的完成情况；

6. Cooperate the internal/external audit of related with the quality of the Paint Shop, following the improving result for the non-conformance term;

负责配合内外部审核，及审核不符合项的预防措施进跟踪；

7. Care about any issues from paint workshop and make related solutions to avoid them happening again;

能够及时发现部门内各项问题，并及时有效的控制问题再发；

8. Responsible for i quality information’s feedback of paint shop from the QC department and make the related solutions about how to avoid issues happening again;

负责来自品质质量信息的反馈，并对相关问题提出改善措施，防止再次发生；

9. Develop and try production new painting produces for new project, write out painting technological documents;

新项目喷涂开发试制及喷涂过程相关工艺文件的编制；

10. Continuous improvement for painting technological, including parameter optimization, cost reducing, process optimization, etc.;

喷涂工艺相关的持续改善（参数优化，成本节约，流程优化等）；

11. Undertake any other tasks assign by the superior.

完成领导交办的其他工作。

QUALIFICATIONS岗位基本要求

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is the best;

本科以上学历，理工科专业；

2. Min.3 years painting technology working experience in auto paint industry, should familiar with painting technology and ABB paint robot technology;

三年以上汽车喷涂行业相关工作经验，熟悉喷涂工艺，具备ABB喷涂机械手技术经验；

3. Should know paint shop safety production operation specification;

了解喷涂车间安全生产操作规程；

4. Should proficient in OFFICE software. Good English skill, can use English as working language.

能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件。英语水平良好，英语可作为工作语言。
