【Job Responsibilities】
1. Responsible for overall financial management of the company, including accounting, cost, financial analysis and tax etc;
2. Develop financial plans and budgets to ensure the stable development of the company's finances;
3. Supervise financial processes, optimize financial operations, and improve financial management efficiency;
4. Provide financial data support to the company's decision-making team and participate in formulating the company's strategic development plan;
5.Lead the finance team to complete various work tasks, enhance team cohesion and execution ability.
【Successful Candidate】
1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields, with a solid foundation in financial knowledge;
2. Having rich financial management experience, familiar with domestic and foreign financial regulations and related policies;
3. Having financial analysis skills, able to accurately identify financial risks and propose corresponding solutions;
4. Open minded, with good communication and learning abilities, able to quickly adapt to new environments and challenges;
5. Fluent in English, excellent written and oral communication skills;
6. Having experience in team management, able to stimulate the potential of team members and achieve team goals.
